BREAK OUT SPACE STARTS FROM £795
As someone with ADHD, noise sensitivity, and a low social battery, I know how inaccessible events can feel without opportunities for regulation and recovery—like needing cheesy chips, a cheese toastie, and a weighted blanket to reset before a night out. This inspired us to create breakout spaces at events, and I’m excited to explore a new idea: having a breakout space within the main room itself!
For those like me, who struggle with sitting or standing for long periods due to hypermobile joints, this could offer a neuroaffirming way to stay engaged without discomfort. At Shake It Up this year, I thought, why not include supportive tools in the main room space too?

As a professionally trained keynote speaker, queer and neurodivergent business owner, mum to neurodivergent children, and a former NHS Highly Specialist Paediatric Physiotherapist, I can offer your organisation or event some pretty unique insights on what those challenges and struggles can be . .. and I can also speak on how we can start to make moves to overcome them. It gives me genuine joy to be able to use my voice to raise awareness and create change. It's been my privilege to speak on national stages as a keynote speaker such as the BEE Inspired stage, NurseryWorld UK and more, as well as delivering keynotes to senior leadership teams and C-suites alike.
