The Inclusive Business Club
My focus for 2025 is to bring more financially accessible ways to work with me to the forefront of my business.
Over the last year it's become really clear that so many people embarking on their inclusion journey don't start because they don't know where or how. Most people honestly are paralysed by the thought. I even made a graphic for this, it's called the inclusion shit-O-meter!
Not every Business is ready to go ‘all in’ they can't see how or where it fits. Many of them worry it'll become their whole business and they will maybe lose a sense if identity and direction in the work they do. I think it can feel a bit like they have to burn it to the ground and start again to get it right. But that's not the reality and I want more people to see and know that.
The truth is, if helping people is a core value than that falls in full alignment with inclusion. How that shows up for you and your business is yours to decide. I'm a big advocate for that.
I really want for more people to feel safe to step into creating massively impactful more inclusive businesses that help others to be seen, supported and access their work. It's great business and it helps you reach more people as well as being led by your values.
Before the year was out I mapped out a whole series of 4 workshops that will run monthly alongside other training events online and in person. These span the whole of the year, on a repeating cycle, so people won't miss out as they are so valuable and have become a staple part of the work I do with so many businesses.
I also know how important it is to have time to integrate and reflect on how you want inclusion to show up in your business so for each of these there will be a 30 day support pod for questions, checking if you're saying the right thing and having a little bit of gentle accountability or hand holding if that's what you need.
I can't stand the thought of people leaving with a to do list that never gets done! (As an ADHDer I know all too well that it means half the stuff I come away passionate about implementing doesn't get done). So I'm making after support a pretty standard part of what I do by creating an online community exclusively for those who access my trainings, available for 30 days after we work together live.
How does it works:
You can join annually for a whopper of a steal at £555 or 2 payments of £277.50. The content is worth over £1500 if you bought everything throughout the year individually. It gives you access to every pre planned training online and in person that I have in the diary for 2025.
You'll get access to 4 workshops, 1 accessibility training course and some instant access resources including my best selling accessibility checklists
Plus time with me for 30 days after each of those workshops in our own little online community for support, whether you need some gentle words of encouragement, a rocket up butt style accountability or some quick wins guidance the group is there for just that.
If your question needs something a little deeper and more bespoke then you'll get access to 1:1 calls with me for a lower cost too as a member, or you can upgrade to include these as standard each month with VIP membership
You get to come and have a night out with me at the Welly Boot Ball in May if you join annually
You'll also get a ticket to my brand new training and awareness event All Inclusive in July included and if in person events aren't your thing, there will be a version of the content run online too.
If annual access isn't quite right you can join by the quarter and pay monthly in 3 instalments of £99 or you can just jump in for a one off workshop or training as a one off starting at £149 and get the same 30 day support after.

I feel REALLY good about this model. For me and for you.
I get to watch businesses have their lightbulb moments and create impact with inclusion and I get to be a part of the wins and support. And honestly, the support part is something I really enjoy. Championing change in the narrative around inclusion is my passion and purpose so I can't wait to watch this blossom!
It allows me to work around the needs of my family, which are complex and always the priority but my business is such a part of me, I need to find a way to make an impact and support others whilst prioritising my family too.
